Delete Your Nia Account
You can request deletion of your Nia account and associated personal information held by Nia Payments.
In-app deletion
- Open the Nia app and sign in
- Go to Profile
- Select “Delete account”
- Type the confirmation phrase shown on screen
- Select “Delete my account” to confirm
What happens next
- Your account is deactivated immediately and you are signed out.
- Your profile, family members, support plans, activity, and notifications are permanently deleted within 30 days.
- You have 30 days from the request to contact us if you change your mind and want to recover your account.
- Nia Payments may need to verify your identity before completing a deletion request made outside the app.
- Certain information may be retained where required by law; where retained, it is anonymized where appropriate.
- You will receive confirmation once your deletion request has been processed.
Deletion requests are normally completed within 30 days.
Can’t access your account?
If you cannot access your account, contact admin@niapayments.io using the email address or telephone number associated with your Nia account, and ask us to delete your account.
